Welcome to Garbera Enterprise. Since KH Smilers was incorporated in 2004, Garbera Enterprise Limited was a company waiting to happen. Even though David is now in his fourth year of studies to become a doctor, the entrepreneur inside him has never gone away.
Born in Kingston upon Hull on 15th October 1988, David Michael Garbera attended Appleton Primary School, Kelvin Hall School and Wyke College, gaining 13 GCSEs and 5 A levels in the process. He is currently studying at Liverpool University.
David is an Ambassador for both Enterprise UK and Young Enterprise and in May 2010 he became Hull's Young Entrepreneur of the Year. In November 2010 David was a finalist in the category of Young Achiever in Education & Business at the Mail News & Media Business Awards and also in November he was selected as a Hero of Enterprise by the National Council for Graduate Entrepreneurship and the University of Liverpool.
